(or any other line in Ecuador) How to keep people away of your personal space.
1.The Chicken- take a deep breath and hold all the air in your lungs. Put you arms in the ‘angry chicken’ position and hold.
2.The inferior Triangle- Stretch you legs as far as you can reach with your feet facing outward.
3.The Chicken with half a Triangle- As the name of the position specifies, we make half a chicken and half a triangle.
4.Planted tree facing West- Stand up straight and stretch one leg backwards.
